Terms and Conditions
We accept payment by credit card or for orders to be shipped within Switzerland
we can send an invoice with the books you order.
For orders to be shipped outside Switzerland we can accept payment by credit
card only through our secure site.
Wherever you are in the world, your order will be charged to you in Swiss francs (CHF).
Your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency if applicable.

All prices quoted include the Swiss VAT (value added tax) of 2.5%. In other words, the price you see is the price
you pay. (Only postage and packing is added - automatically - during the checkout process,
dependent on the delivery country.)
Delivery, Postage & Carriage
We ship world-wide.
Through extensive experience we have found surface mail to
be about as fast as far more expensive air mail to most destinations. We send all items
with SwissPost/TNT Parcel Service. If you would like your books sent urgently please let us
know and we will inform you of the additional charges.

Orders can be sent Express/Air Mail and charged
at cost if requested. If you would like goods gift wrapped, just tell us and we will do
this at no extra charge.
Privacy &
Security
At Bergli Books we value your privacy and security. We do not give, disribute
or sell buyers' details to third parties. When you buy from us your details (necessary
to dispatch your order) are collected via a secure server (SSL). Unless you specifically
request to receive further information about our books and events, you will not receive other e-mails from us.
Special discounts on Bergli Books for Individuals and Companies
For bulk orders of books PUBLISHED by Bergli Books we offer the following discounts
for bulk orders:
10 copies and more 10%
50 copies and more 15%
100 copies and more 20%
(Prices include VAT of 2.5% but not postage and handling)

Special discounts on Bergli Books for Booksellers and other Retailers
We offer Booksellers anywhere in the world
standard bookselling terms of 35%.
You will be charged our cost for postage and packing and invoices
are sent payable 30 days. Contact us at info@bergli.ch
for bulk orders.
Special discounts for Schools & Libraries
Schools & Libraries receive a standard 5% discount on all books supplied by
Bergli Books. For bulk orders the following discounts apply:
